1977年愛知県生まれ。シンク・タンクのパート社員、フリーの人事コンサルタントなど。
代表の山名奏子からNPO立上げの話を聞いたのが、自身が会社員を辞めるタイミングと重なり、何か新しいことをやれそうだと、 参加。活動趣旨にも賛同。
通っていた公立高校で、男子生徒中心の雰囲気に違和感を覚え、東京都小平市にある女子大へ進学。ジェンダーや女性学を学び、フェミニズムの考えを吸収する。その後、女性が多い企業に勤務。「ガラスの天井」のない環境で、女性・男性かかわらず上司や同僚にサポートしてもらい、40歳で人事部門の部長となる。約3年間の人事制度改定プロジェクトをなんとかやり切ったことを機に退職。現在は、会社パート勤務、個人事業主、何か仕事づくりなど、いくつかの仕事を組み合わせるポートフォリオ・ワークを試行中。趣味は、プラントベースド・クッキング。
Born in 1977 in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. Works as a part-time think tank employee and as a freelance HR consultant.
When Kanako Yamana, the president of the NPO, told her about the establishment of the F-Word, it coincided with the time when she quit her job, and she thought she could do something new, so she j decided to join this organization. She found the purpose of the NPO compelling.
She felt uncomfortable with the male-centric atmosphere at the public high school she had attended, so she enrolled in a women’s university in Kodaira, Tokyo. There, she studied gender and women’s studies and absorbed the ideas of feminism. Later, she worked for a company with many women, and saw that in an environment without a “glass ceiling” and with the support of her superiors and colleagues, both female and male, she was able to became the head of the human resources department at her 40. She retired after she managed to complete a project to revise the HR system for about three years. Currently, she works several jobs, including working part-time in the company, owning her own business, and other various side-jobs. She is experimenting with portfolio work. Her hobby is plant-based cooking.
